Refund and cancellation policy

1. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within a 7 day period of the program start date.

2. Cancellations made within a 14 day period (and more than 7 days) are entitled to refund of 50% of the full fee minus a 10% administration and processing fee.

3. Cancellations made outside of a 14 day period are entitled to a refund of full fee minus a 10% administration and processing fee.

4. If unable to attend a workshop due to exceptional circumstances, enrolment can be shifted to a future program. Please provide a detailed explanation by email.

5. Early Bird discount will not be applicable if you join the program right after your 3-day trial period. An advanced payment of minimum 7 days is essential for receiving Early Bird discount.

6. You can expect your money to be credited into your account within 5-7 working days.
